If you have any problems or complaints about your order please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving order so we can deal with it promptly
The best method is to email us through the website - this enables us to read and file your complaints
You can call us by phone on 01590 670581 or 07973 291062 or text the mobile if needed
You can cancel your order at any time up to point of despatch - just let us know what we have done wrong so we can endeavour to do our best for you next time
If your plants have been damaged in transit please let us know immediately - ideally attaching a photograph is the best way
If you are not happy with your order and wish to return it -please help us by repacking as well as you can -in the original box and we will organise a collection from you and fully refund you .
We don't get many complaints as we try to send out good quality plants -
but if you aren't happy then we aren't either -
