Conogramme emensis is a semi-evergreen fern forming a clump of spreading glossy fronds with green and yellow banding
Slowly spreading by creeping rhizomes to form a (mainly) evergreen clump of attractively streaked, pinnate fronds, this bamboo fern is ideal for partially shaded borders where the soil does not get too dry.
This makes a fabulous addition to the fern collection or mixed shady border
Originating from Mount Mt. Emei in China
Provide shelter from cold, drying winds and protect from excessively low temperature or hard frosts.

- Soil: moist but freely draining, fertile, neutral to acidic
